Mary is an Associate Broker for Keller Williams Realty and is Team Leader for The Bader Real Estate Group. Mary is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients! Mary has been awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation for demonstrating exceptional knowledge, experience and expertise in the luxury home market. This designation comes from the nationally accredited Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Mary is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has received extensive training from the National Association of Realtors in helping the 50+ age group of buyers and sellers. In addition, Mary has completed the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP) in order to better assist military staff and their families relocate. This specialized training better enables Mary to take full advantage of military benefits and support for her clients. She is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. She is also an Accredited Short Sale Specialist (SFR) and has helped many clients through very difficult transitions. Community Outreach is very important to The Bader Real Estate Group. The Bader Group annually holds fundraisers with Silver Horizons New Mexico and St. Felix Pantry to help those in need and the Marines (USMC) "Toys for Tots" during the Christmas Season. They also hold a toy fundraiser for the Children's Hospital in Albuquerque so that many children who spend the holidays away from their families, can enjoy some well needed cheer. The Bader Group participates in several Keller Williams Realty fundraisers throughout the year, bringing their clients and community together towards common goals. As a result of their strive to give back to the community, Mary and her group were awarded the Good Neighbor Award for 2020 through their local board of realtors, and also receiving the lifetime Cultural Ambassador Award by Keller Williams Realty International—first time an agent in New Mexico received this prestigious award. Prior to working with Keller Williams Realty in Albuquerque, Mary joined the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service and served her country as a U.S. Diplomat for several years in both Europe and Asia. When Mary returned to the United States, she became a Decorating and Painting Contractor in both California and New Mexico. She has enjoyed working on projects with designers and developers in model homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings and has worked directly for hundreds of homeowners throughout Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and California. Mary has contributed to print and online publications and advertisements, including her projects being published in Modello by Design, Vol. I and II. Mary very much enjoys using her negotiating skills obtained over years of experience as a Diplomat and Contractor, when negotiating for either buyers or sellers. Whether it is a high-end luxury home or a short-sale transaction, Mary is there for you! As a Listing Agent, she advises her clients on how to best prepare their homes for sale by giving "staging" tips.
